A Known Reputation for

Excellence

Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT)

If you have ongoing aches and pains that won’t go away no matter what you do, Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) may be your answer! NMT appointment includes the evaluation and treatment of chronic and acute pain in muscles and joints.

Pilates

Pilates is a full-body conditioning and rehabilitation program known for developing strength, stability and flexibility. It’s fun and varied, both challenging and easy, and is accessible for any age, weight or physical condition.

Massage Therapies

Our massage therapists are trained in a variety of techniques adaptable to your needs (Restorative Massage, Deep Tissue, or Sports Massage). They can all work on specific areas of concern or do a full body massage, go deeply or just help you relax.

Active Isolated Stretching (AIS)

Need a good stretch? Active Isolated Stretching is the first step in the rehabilitation process and is the base for every good fitness regime. Pre-and postsurgical conditions are greatly helped by working the deep connective tissue of the joints. Athletes improve performance dramatically and those with repetitive postures or movements find relief from the resulting muscle strain.

Real people, real results

Love coming to the Abbott Center such a peaceful and beautiful grounds but most of all all the people who work there are so professional and very caring. I’ve been going there for over 10 years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Diane is fabulous - knowledgeable, yet patient & willing to explain multiple times. Plus she clearly loves what she does & it's contagious! The Pilates studio space is great - well organized & neat, yet somehow warm & inviting.

Great environment. Great deep tissue massages from Ruben. Christina was able to get me back on track after a broken ankle. It's a pleasure dealing with both of them.

Feel Right at Home in Our

Unique Setting

The Abbott Center began in 1991 as a private practice dedicated to the hands-on treatment of chronic pain. Inspired by a childhood desire to help patients with diseased muscles lead a more normal life, Christina Abbott is fulfilling her dream through her thriving treatment center. Although Neuromuscular Therapy is the focus of The Abbott Center, the gifted staff offers a wide range of services to promote well-being for those who are healthy as well as to support those who are learning to manage their chronic pain, muscle tension, and stress.
